Queen Charlotte's Orangery

John E, Newbury, UK : "We stayed at Queen Charlotte's orangery for the second time in three years. If you want something different & romantic then this is the place to be. having only three guest rooms the level of service that you receive from the owners is what you might expect from a far more expensive hotel. As soon as you walk in from the street you realise that you have found something a little bit special. When you see the rooms the 'wow' factor really kicks in. We stayed in the Charlotte Suite which was tastefully furnished with some period pieces & that magnificent bed. Breakfast was taken in the garden which we could access through the french doors to our room. Most pleasant to relax in the garden with drinks in the evening, after a hard days sight seeing. The whole Guest house was tastefully decorated & furnished, more importantly it was spotlessly clean. Go on Treat yourselves!!"

Paul N, Heathfield, UK : "My wife and i had a wonderful trip to Bath and stayed at Queen Charlotte's orangery. Every detail is thought of... On arrival we were offered tea in the garden! I have visited a lot of b&b's in the past and never been offered tea in the garden! We stayed in the Charlotte Suite which was amazing, the bed, the towels, the robes, just stunning. We were served breakfast in the garden which was perfect, a huge plate of fresh fruit to start and then a full english breakfast. I can't thank you enough for the most glorious stay! We will be back!"

Norma H, Grasten, Denmark : "This is the most beautiful bed and breakfast we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. History, magical surroundings and top-class hosting make this The place to stay in Bath! With just three bedrooms, a beautiful garden where breakfast is served in warm weather (the exquisite rotunda is used on cooler days), Denise and Greg (and little white westie, Sailor) give a warm welcome and provide tasty cooked-to-order breakfasts, lots of information on the house and Bath's many atrractions, a parking permit for your car and just the right atmosphere to make you want to return - and, to tell anyone you know going to Bath to make a reservation! The location is also perfect, about 10 minutes walk to Bath Abbey, shops and restaurants in the middle of town."

Rosie, Lichfield, UK : "Stayed here for a few days with my mum. From the second we stepped inside and met Denise and Greg they could not have been more helpful to us. The place is an absolute gem! The courtyard garden is beautiful and very peaceful. Our room (the Amelia Suite) was spotless and decorated exquisitely. As previous reviews also state, the little extras like the robes and smellies really made our stay special. We were lucky with the weather and were able to eat our delicious cooked breakfast in the gardens. Parking was no problem and it was only a short walk to the city centre. If you are looking for a peaceful relaxing place to stay close to the city centre you will not be disappointed staying here. I would certainly recommend."

Sharon S, Illinois, USA : "We are so glad we chose to stay in this lovely b&b! it is perfectly situated to all that Bath has to offer. We walked everywhere! Our room was wonderful with the most comfortable bed. Slept like babies! Greg was a great host answering all our questions about Bath; how to get the train to Cardiff, where to eat, etc. Breakfast was delicious and we loved meeting Sailor their sweet dog. My husband took full advantage of the huge soaking tub, felt good after a long day of sight seeing. If we are ever fortunate enough to travel to Bath again, we will definitely be staying here! Thanks Greg and Denise!"
